Welcome to Living Yoga with Jody Kesten! 

I passionately teach yoga and meditation to help others awaken to their inherent potential of joy, freedom, and wisdom. I am deeply committed to making the teachings of yoga accessible and meaningful for all levels.


My teaching is fueled by over 20 years of training in yoga, weight training, movement arts, anatomy, postural re-education, relaxation, and meditation techniques.


I am honored to serve as an authorized teacher of Neelakantha Meditation, a profound meditation technique as taught by Blue Throat Yoga.


I also offer 'relax and renew' as a Yoga Tune Up® Teacher to bring deep healing to specific areas of the body.

Join Jody via Zoom for her 'Slow Flow Yoga' Tuesdays at 8:00am EST, a gentle yoga class that incorporates flowing movements linked with breath; and signature ‘Meditation Mandala’ Thursdays at 11:30am EST, an array of gentle yoga, breathing techniques, chanting, and meditation.
