This practice does not involve concentration, controlling the mind, or any form of effortful manipulation of awareness. It is natural and universal in its impact, with a high success rate. It does not require any previous study or specific background and is a practice anyone can learn. Even those who have had difficulty meditating in the past find this practice easy to learn and profoundly effective. 

 

Through daily meditation practice, we begin to experience less agitation, less fatigue, and reduced feelings of stress. Overtime we release deeply ingrained limiting patterns and remove negative energies. And in dissolving these obstacles we experience an increased sense of calmness, a growing confidence, and more grounded emotions.
